thursday training. played with coach + crazy agility exercises. bloody frog jump thingy made me get really really really wobbly legs. and the rest of training just made them worse. graaahahaha. muscle aches when i got home.

friday. died trying to climb/go down stairs. argh. i hate muscle aches. did rs after school. transferred the lone successfully-budded plant to a new medium. haha. one plant. haha.

saturday. choir. was a loser again. i had to hop down stairs cause that damn muscle ache really aches. i decided to skip a step. and i realised my leg couldn't take the shock when i landed since the height sort of increased. so it gave way and i slid 2 steps down. @_@. shocking. at least i didn't slide the whole way down. : O.

damn. why is loser disease stuck with me for so long?!

sunday. woke up hell late. 12pm. went to city hall area with family. window shopped. grah. shopping with the family is uber boring. my dad only looks at shoes/electronics. my mum only looks at displays. my brother only talks to me about his games. graaah.

went home for a while and then i had to go for some dinner at bishan cc. some inter-con games closing ceremony thing? wa liao. damn lame la. i don't want to take part in the competition next year. ><.

okay. now im back here. kinda late. argh. i need a confi name. i need to start mugging. i need to ditch loser disease. i need to get adequate sleep. i need to ditch muscle aches. blah.
